    1. 4.5 Stars! I love this author's authentic writing!Zara Keane's characters and stories exude the essence of her home country and small town life. It's apparent she writes what she knows and does it so well! I really enjoyed this second chance romance and have been looking forward to reading about Jonas and Olivia since they first appeared in Love and Shenanigans. Jonas is a single father who's struggling to connect with his autistic son, Luca, and find balance between work and caring for a specia [...]

    2. Though darker than her previous installments, Love and Leprechauns takes us back to the small Irish town of Ballybeg and reintroduces us two former lovers whose past actions have a strong grip on their futures. Olivia and Jonas were young sweethearts until a terrible accident forces them apart. Years later, they are reluctantly brought back together in a bid to improve both their circumstances. Love, laughter, strong characters, and small town shenanigans is what makes this series fun to read. A [...]

    3. I gravitate towards anything written about Ireland and Scotland, especially romance. So this book seemed s perfect fit. Setting in County Cork Ireland , small town, romance, mystery and it was free, sounds perfect right? Wrong. This is a quirky read, one with a interesting plot but just fell short. The story didn't flow well, at times it was Jumpy and I had to go back to see if I miss read something onl to find out I hadn't. The romance was sub par it was rushed, no feeling of connection to the [...]

    4. Olivia Gant has an escape plan to get away from her abusive husband, but her best laid plans go awry when the verbal agreement for the lease on her new cafe falls through because single-dad Jonas O’Mahony moves into one of the properties with his son. Jonas and Olivia have history between them, some good, but mostly bad because their short time together ended with the death of Jonas' brother. Olivia was there when the accident happened, and the family blames her. The woman just can't seem to g [...]

    5. Okay. I admit it. I have a girl crush on Zara Keane. A totally platonic, let-me-read-everything-you-write girl crush.I have read her entire Ballybeg series, thinking that okay, this is the one that I am not going to like. Nope. Haven't hit it yet.(Trigger warnings: domestic violence.)In a nutshell, our heroine Olivia is in a bad marriage, a very bad marriage. She works for her nasty husband, her family owes her nasty husband a significant amount of money, and the whole town is "owned" by her nas [...]

    6. Ballybeg just keeps getting better and better. Keane returns to this small town with the same remarkably well written and thought out style that we’ve come to know her for. The intensely personal story about life and love was brilliant. Keane’s intricately crafted storyline was a sight to behold. The complex and multidimensional storyline engaged you on multiple levels, while at the same time providing an enjoyable, easy read. The picturesque descriptions really allow you to put yourself int [...]

    7. Love and Leprechauns is the third book in the Ballybeg series by Zara Keane. Olivia Gant is determined to escape a bad marriage where she had been physically abused. She tells no one about the abuse, not even her close friends how bad it has gotten. Olivia has had a rough life that she is determined to escape and make a better life for herself. Jonas O’Mahony is a struggling single father of a young child. Jonas seems to be coping with fatherhood rather than enjoying it. I think this is becaus [...]

    8. Yay! Another full length Ballybeg story!!Olivia and Jonas have a past. Long ago, they were each other's firsts. They even have matching leprechaun tattoos. On their butts! Now, over a decade later, they are reunited. There are a few obstacles in their path: Jonas's mother hates Olivia, Olivia is married to an abusive man, and Jonas has a special needs son. I was so excited to read this story, as I loved the first book so much! It did not disappoint! Laughter, love, tenderness, murder mystery, al [...]

    9. WOW! GETTING A DIVORCE IN IRELAND CAN TAKE UP TO 5YRS, GUESS YOU BETTER MAKE SURE YOU REALLY WANT TO GET MARRIED. THE LEAD CHARACTER OLIVIA HAS TERRIBLE PARENTS, AMAZING SHE TURNED OUT SO WELL. PLEASANT ROMANTIC COZY MYSTERY READ A LITTLE SLOW BUT A PRETTY GOOD STORYLINE. ;D

    10. I absolutely loved exploring Olivia's side of the story since she was a character that intrigued me in the first book! It was also nice to properly meet Jonas despite him also being introduced in the first book. There had been a past between the characters eleven years before this book actually takes place. It was fascinating to read about them falling back together since I'm a sucker for those first loves finding one another again! I liked that Zara addressed Autism in this one since Luca — Jo [...]

    11. Olivia and Jonas were an interesting couple who had some major issues (such as a murder investigation) to work through before finding their HEA. A good book with an unexpected twist.

    12. Great readReally great read with an interesting twist at the end. Loved the interaction between each of the characters. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

    13. Copy received from the author for an honest reviewWhen Ms Keane contacted me to ask if I was interested in reading the latest installment of her Ballybeg series, of course it was an instant yes! Each book in this series just keeps getting better and better. And I don't think I am exaggerating when I say I fall in love with each and every one of the leading men!I loved the tension between Jonas and Olivia. Their history has not been the greatest, so you get that love/hate vibe off both of them. th [...]

    14. Olivia is a woman who has had a miserable married life. She married Aidan Gant for financial security but got nothing but grief for the years they were married. No amount of money is worth living with Aidan who is a cruel and violent man.Olivia’s dream of opening a café finally comes to fruition with the help of her one-time boyfriend Jonas O’Mahoney’s cottage. This also is the first step in the pair becoming closer and starting a relationship. That’s all put to the test when Aidan if f [...]

    15. Love and Leprechauns is another enjoyable installment from Zara Keane in her wonderful Ballybeg series. Love and Leprechauns isn’t as lighthearted as the past books. The subject matter here is darker with spousal abuse, harassment and blackmail. Olivia’s marriage is a nightmare. She married Aidan to help her strapped cash parents, and because he needed an appropriate wife to help further his political career. After years of emotional abuse Olivia is fed up. She’s secretly separated from Ai [...]

    16. I was kindly Gifted a copy of this wonderful book in exchange for my honest opinion and a review.Iv been waiting for this book with baited breath i loved the other allot but i couldnt wait to hear why Olivia was married to such an a-hole and why, it all became clear why.Olivia Gant is bound and determined to escape her abusive nasty husband and build herself a new life. Pure desperation has driven her to rent business premises from Jonas O’Mahony. This man is the one who tattooed her behind as [...]

    17. Only in Ireland do leprechauns play cupid, but watch out for their devious side! Can Olivia and Jonas overcome their past to find love again. She is just finding her way out of an abusive marriage and trying to start up a diner when her life becomes entangled again with Jonas, her first love, a popular mystery writer whose girlfriend decided to leave him with full custody of their autistic son, Luca. Her husband, a lawyer without ethics who often left her bruised, still insists she stay until he [...]

    18. I really wanted to enjoy this story, but unfortunately I found it confusing and somewhat 'messy': Olivia is working in the office, but is, in fact drawing designs for autumn scarves. Fair enough - a budding designer at heart? Is the story going to be about her struggle to make a name for herself as a designer? Nope. The scarves had no bearing on the story whatsoever, to the extend that I wondered why on earth that scene had been included. It only served to confuse me.There was a very confusing p [...]

    19. Love and Leprechauns is the third book in the Ballybeg series by Zara Keane. This book can be read as a standalone but is best enjoyed as part of the series. Olivia Gant is determined to escape a bad marriage where she had been abused. She tells no one about the abuse, not even her close friends how bad it has gotten. Olivia has had a rough life that she is determined to escape and make a better life for herself. However, what I noticed is that she seemed to expect the worst. Jonas O’Mahony is [...]

    20. After falling head over heels for Ballybeg in Love and Shenanigans, I was both stoked and a little scared to read Love and Leprechauns (I skipped Love and Blarney, #2 and a stand-alone novella). I loved the world and Zara Keane's writing style so much in the first installation that I was afraid the next full novel wouldn't live up to the first.Well, let me tell ya: this one was just as good! The world is the same, but the hero and heroine, Jonas and Olivia, are quite different from Fiona and Gav [...]

    21. I really enjoyed Love and Leprechauns. I'm going to share a couple passages that got to me* The obligatory meet cute at the dentist really was--this is how Olivia sounds with a frozen mouth, spitting at Jonas. He said, "What have I done to warrant being called a 'thchumbag'?" His exaggerated air quotes made the other waiting room occupants snigger.* Jonas's son Luca is on the autistic spectrum--the relationship between father and son is exceptionally moving, occasionally unnerving, and tender. " [...]

    22. What I absolutely love about this series and this author's writing is the humor! It's funny in a subtle and never over the top way. I love Zara Keane's voice and how she manages to combine serious topics like abuse, autism and loss with lightness and humor without compromising either of them. Again there were characters I loved to hate in this Ballybeg installment. Olivia's husband and parents were high on this list. I really wanted to punch, especially her mother and her husband, in the face. H [...]

    23. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest reviewI never read book #1 or #2 so I'd  recommend that you do, not that you'd feel lost if you don't but purely for your enjoyment if for no other reason <3Olivia is married to a real waste of space ,he's cruel and abusive , she has an escape plan and she leaves his douche ass ! He really is an oxygen thief !Olivia heads to Ballybeg  hoping for a new start but she also has history in Ballybeg  and in this case history is far from boring , its ra [...]

    24. I am fast falling in love with this series. I enjoyed Fiona and Gavins story but I loved Olivia and Jonas story more.Jonas a single father to a little boy with autism and he's struggling to look after him and work aswel as feeling guilty for thinking that it would be easier if he hadn't had Lucas, but you can see he loves Lucas to death and couldn't bear anything to happen to him.Olivia is stuck in a marriage to aiden gant, aiden is a horrible abusive man and at the beginning we see how spiteful [...]

    25. Wow just started ready this book and man do u want to slap Olivia mother Wow she is a piece of work or should I say she is a real gem Will review more but loving this book so farFinally we get a back story on Olivia. I feel sad for Olivia in the beginning of the book. She tends to take on the weight of the world on her shoulders. She wants to handle all of her problems on her own. We see how she is stuck in a miserable marriage but she wants to save enough money to break away from her husband an [...]

    26. Number 3in the Ballybeg series it is the first I've read. The series is about various love stories all set in the small town of Ballybeg in County Cork, Ireland. I believe the characters are connected but the individual books can be read as stand alones. I enjoyed this romance between Olivia and Jonas. There was an additional hook that Jonas was raising his 6 year old son, Luca, a child on the autism spectrum. The author was clearly knowledgeable about the subject as confirmed by her bio in whic [...]

    27. Thanks to Zara for giving me an ARC of Love and Leprechauns. The series just keeps getting better and better. After being briefly introduced to both Jonas and Olivia in Love and Shenanigansthis story is all about them.It has humour and mystery plus we get to see the characters of Jonas and Oliviadevelop more.Jonas is a writer who has come back to live in Ballybeg with his son Lucas. There is only one problem, and that is Olivia. She was his first love, but dueto a tragedy, lets just say they try t [...]
