    1. EnjoyableThis is third Tyler Cunningham book i read. I found out more about Tyler and makes him tick. The story line kept me on my toes. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the seies.

    2. The third in the Tyler Cunningham series, this is a satisfying murder mystery. The author cleverly writes about a protagonist with mild mental dysfunction, as well as a character in the story who has autism.

    3. I've read and enjoyed all the Tyler Cunningham books and shorts, and I think that Jamie Sheffield does a masterful job of putting us inside Tyler's head. I appreciate the love and insight he has for those who live and think outside the norm, and his solutions to the problems that Tyler faces are brilliant. However, I found this book to be less satisfying than the others. The beginning drags its feet, and the plot feels very contrived to me. If you've read the other books, the first 10% is mere r [...]

    4. Always enjoy Tyler novelsBetween the Carries continues the adventures of Tyler Cunningham (clever last name- Smartpig publishing) through another Adirondack adventure. The book is rich in geographic detail and descriptions of various parts of the Adirondacks. While this was not my favorite Tyler book, it was still a fun and engaging read. I'm very familiar with autism and the descriptions started to feel a bit stretched, but it should provide insight to those unfamiliar with autism. Furthermore, [...]

    5. Tyler and all is charming quirks at his best! As an educator who works with remedial students, I can really appreciate all the internal dialogue going on inside Tyler's brain. As a lover of all the places Tyler journey through and around in this particular adventure. My longing to be back and discover more of the lakes, ponds and mountains that Tyler and Xander visit, grows deeply while reading this book. Also for the record, I feel the same way Xander does about leeches! Well done Jamie Sheffie [...]
