    1. I've read the 3 books written so far in this series. It's an imaginative and intriguing series. It takes a lot of adapting to get through the language and syntax errors. Still, it is worth the work to read it through. Read and enjoy.

    2. Could not put it downI could not put it down. I can't wait till the next one. I will admit the writing ist professional. It does get the job done. I will be recommending this book to all,my friends.

    3. It was good. Good enough for me to to buy all three books and read them in one day?Only issue I have is the dialogue. It was weak, very choppy, with zero intellect. I also couldn't wrap my mind around the main character. He was 8 years old and mid book her was an 8 year old with muscles and a six pack. Um, yeah. Not feeling it. Worst part is, by third book, he's still only 13 years old and he's saving the kingdom and abolishing slavery, yeah very unbelievable. But but but. It's still a very good b [...]

    4. Wouldn't it be cool if. and that tooFist book is fine really. Protagonist is a little mary-sue ish, but totally tolerable, especially for the Chinese spiritual martial-artist fairytale kind of thing it's going for. However, he just keeps getting new OP abilities one after the other.SPOILERSProtagonist has/is: special blue lighting, a talking spirit necklace to teach him, blood legacy berserker, part legendary lightning bird, can transform into a bird thing, but also it's part dragon, has some mi [...]

    5. Really enjoyed this book as it has great characters and world building, I like the weak to strong aspect as the characters work hard for there power and strength instead of been over-powered from the start. & I also like books that fight through discrimination and prove others wrong. This book really deserve 5stars.

    6. AlrightThis book seems to suffer from indie author issues: a great premise but poor realization. The characters are kind of one dimensional and a lot of overpowered abilities get unlocked in a short amount of time.

    7. I read this book on wuxiaworld. It's a weird pathof the hero story, because while the protagonist would seem to be on the bottom of the ladder, he actually carries something inside from the very beggining of he story. It's also a story of brotherhood between friends and a mistrious teacher.

    8. I wanted to like this, but the writing style is just terrible. Extremely repetitive. Seems like a translation. Couldn’t make it more than a few chapters.

    9. Ok read Well it was better than I expected but still a long way to go the twists near the end of the book had me sitting on the edge of my seat rooting for our intrepid young hero well warrior may be a better term I guess in this genre. While it didn't completely follow the normal way most of these books go there is still plenty of the sit around and cultivate power going I guess about the middle of the book it got really slow and I found myself slogging through it. While I fell the incorrect gr [...]

    10. Good book, a few grammatical errorsI would give this book a 4.8, but you can't sooooo. Not a 5 since there are a few grammatical errors. I sincerely hope that the teenager in the epilogue isn't a kid that isn't the main character of this book. Why? I hate books that change narratives through out the series. A few paragraphs? That's fine, but it's annoying having so many main characters to think about. The reason I am saying this is because the teen had gray eyes instead of black. Thx for reading [...]

    11. Good for what it isTake off 1-2 stars if you're not into these Chinese style martial arts magic mashups. Not sure if what this genre is called but the book is a very quick read with lots of action (and not much else). Anyway, it kept my interest and I will buy the next volume. Not for those who are frustrated book editors.

    12. ImpressedThe author manages to perfectly reproduce the hastily made, unedited feel of bad Chinese comic serials. Even the writing is stilted and awkward, as if it had actually been translated from mandarin.

    13. Great readI love this book. I have read it about six times so far. I can't wait for more. Please more for my greedy mind.

    14. Decent book. There wasn't enough slow growth for the character. His power came too sudden too fast. Nothing to temper it. I'm definitely going to read the next one though.

    15. Best book I've read in agesI literally stayed up past three in the morning to finish this book I couldn't put it down for a minute I absolutely can't wait for the next installment

    16. An interesting series with a unique progression system which is a bit different from the systems followed in other wuxia novels
