    1. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.Pros:-The recipes are tasty and easy. Normally, I don't like cooking, but all of the recipes I've tried have been incredibly simple.-I like the labels at the bottom of each page that indicate what the recipe would be good for (fat burning, muscle building, etc.), as well as the labels at the top of the page (good for pre- or post- workout, for example)-The information found in the first couple of sections is clear and concise.-The a [...]

    2. I have many cookbooks in my collection but none on the topic of bodybuilding. Given my inexperience with the subject I wondered if I would be able to understand and keep up with the lingo. The first chapter put my mind at ease giving an overview of the process as well as things like listing the best fat burning and muscle building foods. I was very appr [...]

    3. Rich people's diet bookWhile the introduction makes claims on accessibility and ease, a quick look through the menus and recipes belies that claim. High dollar ingredients, complex menus that depend on having time to make multiple items for meals, and a focus more on the already fit who merely need a "tune up," this is not a cookbook for normal athletes or people trying to get into shape.

    4. Good basic book with decent recipes Would have given the book four stars, but it is NOT the ultimate. Just a good basic primer. Still if you don't have a library of cookbooks already, not a bad addition.

    5. Solidly basic. A lot of pretty standard recipes, easy to make.If you're new to cooking, particularly healthy cooking, this book would be great.I was looking for a bit more depth.
