    1. As usual this author does not disappoint ! I have thoroughly enjoyed every thing of his I have read. Keep them comingGreat read, love your books ! The characters are great and the story lines keep me reading ! Keep them coming

    2. Good seriesReally great story The books have a lot of editorial errors that distracted me from some exciting points in the books. Overall it's a good read, fast paced and exciting. I would suggest hiring a book editor and formatter to fix some of the errors.

    3. Well, this wasn't any better than the first one. One continuous firefight. The author needs a good grammar editor. The author doesn't know that when referring to people, he should use "who" instead of "that". It is basic grammar 101. I won't read the third book in this series.

    4. State of shockI read state of panic then the second state of shock, this books were amazing, I couldn't put them down, don't know if there will be a third, but l guaranteed l will read more of this author's book, it kept me turning pages and wanting more. Well done.WOW

    5. Fight back! This is a good book. Picked up a little after the first. I am going to read the next book also!

    6. It's a quick read, butThe first book was better, and easier to read, with better character development. The story gives you four or five different points of view, all in first person, with no segue as to which character you are reading from. It wasn't as easily flowing as the first book, and there's lots of "chin dropping" and over used cliches which should have been edited out. It's a quick read for not too much thinking involved on the readers part. I'll read the third book, but please expand [...]

    7. Jack Hunt's State of Shock I enjoyed his story. He is pretty much focused on the battles for supremacy among the survivors of several small nuclear bombs going off in some major US cities. I would have enjoyed more character development and fewer battles. The main characters are teenagers which seems a common theme in fiction like this.

    8. OGreat bookI enjoyed both book one and two. Look s of our people don't believe this will ever in our USA. My adult children certainly do not. I believe books like these will get through to some. Maybe bit will be enough. Others future generations will be going through exactly what you have written about. Fiction? What if it happens? What will people say then?

    9. Fast paced action! What a story! I didn't want to put it down and read both in the series within a day. Which leaves me wanting more! Hopefully there is another book (or 10) in this series!

    10. Great read!Though the author has an obsession with people "dropping their chin" due to grief State of Shock was a great read. It's quick, but the characters are well developed and the premise is very believable. I couldn't put it down.

    11. Great Story! This book, like the first in the series, was a great story and well told. The author not only told the story of survival, but explained the why's of people's behavior. Very interesting and I will definitely be reading the next book.

    12. An aI thorally enjoyed the bookI don't think a skin head rebellion is a possibility, but some other like situation could come about. I enjoyed the kid growing up into an adult.

    13. Great read! Will definitely read more by this author! Loved the characters and the back story. Scary to think this could happen in the US.

    14. Enjoyable readInteresting story with some good action. Good mix of character types. Look forward to reading the next book. I'd recommend this.

    15. Great SeriesI liked it very much. It was a slightly different approach to this genre. I would recommend it to anyone.

    16. Excellent read.Well written. Very believable. Read the entire book in a day. Could not put it down. Will definitely read the series to the end.

    17. Staccato paced action in this post apocalyptic thriller. Townspeople, ex military, former law enforcement, and 'delinquent' teens battling for survival. A darn good read.
