    1. I saw an ad on Facebook a few months ago to get a free copy of this book. Although never having heard of the author, I am very thankful to have been able to read his account. This is definitely a book that I know I will be reading more than once. Wow.This memoir is a phenomenal representation of what it means to battle depression.     2. A quick yet heartwarming read. I shudder to think that we may have lost a local hero and that his children might have lost a wonderful father. I recommend this book for anyone suffering from depression however mild or severe it may be. It made me feel like I am not the only one out there who feels this way.
