    1. I loved this book. You wouldn't think a book about management at Sears would even be readable, but before it's over, he's got you thinking of the managers of each store as captains of ships sailing across the prairies, battling storms and brigandsokay, I'm taking this too far, but I swear, it's really good.


    2. OMG that was a long book. I read it on Kindle, I can only imagine how big the printed version is. This book was interesting from the perspective of major upheaval at a long-standing institution, but probably would have been more meaningful if I was old enough to know the "old" Sears.highlights and notes kindleazon/profile/Eri
